Member Satisfaction
To measure our Members' satisfaction we send a survey to a sample of Members that have experienced different aspects of the Credit Union in any given month.
The survey covers many areas of the Credit Union and looks at how our Relationship Team performed in providing exceptional service.
The results of the survey are then provided to our Board and published for all of our Members and potential Members.
Exceptional service is our point of difference and Circle has benchmarked a 95% satisfaction level as an acceptable minimum for our Members.
Every Member has the ability to influence our satisfaction levels, as every Member is an owner of the Credit Union.
Credit Unions Rank highest in Customer Satisfaction:
In a recent survey (Dec 2009) Credit Unions as a whole ranked the highest in customer satisfaction with an exceptional rating of 87.2% (Source: Roy Morgan Research). When compared to the major banks, who scored 72.4%, it shows Credit Unions put Members first.
