UPDATED - Duplicated Visa Transactions

Update: The Woolworths duplicate transaction problem is in the process of being rectified. All affected transactions will be reversed in overnight processing and reversals should be seen in your accounts from tomorrow morning (8 August 2017).  All reversals will be effective dated 7 August 2017, meaning these transactions will have a nil effect on any interest calculation that may be applicable to your account. If you have any concerns or you find the transactions have not been reversed, please call our friendly staff on 1300 553 582 for assistance.

There has been an issue with duplicated Visa transactions being processed to member’s accounts. The merchants (shops) affected by this duplication are: Woolworths Supermarkets, BigW, Dan Murphy’s, BWS and Woolworths Petrol. The dates of the affected transactions are 11, 12 and 13 March 2017. Transactions will have an effective date at the end of the transaction description, eg. [Eff Date: 11 Mar 17]. The issue is currently being investigated and we expect that reversal transactions will be processed. We will provide further updates as they become available.
